SUMMARY:⭐Lunch & Learn: Leading Humans: The Science & Art of Building Stronger Leaders\, Teams & Businesses
DESCRIPTION:This "Lunch and Learn" will be packed with practical ways you can get involved right away! This month's lunch is provided by Nini's Taqueria Thank you TBK Bank for making this event possible. This month\, join Stacey Reuille-Dupont!Your business is made of humans and understanding how humans actually work may be one of the most powerful leadership skills you can develop. In this practical and engaging workshop\, Dr. Stacy Reuille-Dupont explores how stress\, nervous-system state\, psychology\, communication\, relationships\, and meaning influence the way we lead\, make decisions\, navigate conflict\, and build workplace culture. Participants will leave with a simple human-performance framework for looking beneath difficult workplace behaviors\, strengthening their own leadership capacity\, and creating teams where people can do good work without sacrificing their humanity.Participants will learn how to:Recognize who they become under pressure and use simple strategies to regulate themselves before responding\, communicating\, or making important decisions.Look beneath difficult employee behavior to distinguish motivation problems from problems involving stress\, capacity\, clarity\, skills\, relationships\, or environment.Use a practical human-performance lens to identify the real leverage point behind a leadership\, communication\, or team challenge.Understand how leaders shape workplace culture through everyday responses to mistakes\, conflict\, boundaries\, uncertainty\, disagreement\, and change.Apply one immediate leadership experiment to a real challenge in their business so they leave ready to do something differently not simply knowing more about leadership.Refunds are available through the Friday before the event. After that date\, no refunds will be issued\, but registrations may be transferred to another attendee. Beginning July 1\, credit card payments include a small platform service fee to help offset increasing payment processing costs. ACH and check payments will continue to be accepted with no additional fee.
